Job summary

This full-time role involves access-control, visitor coordination, and customer service at a food and beverage production location.

You will use computer or tablet systems to document activity, monitor entry points, and help deter security incidents, while adhering to site policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required in accordance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, managing visitor and contractor entry, documenting arrivals and departures, and directing authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts.
• Maintain accurate logs, access records, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):
  Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Navigating operating systems and software applications.
  • Utilizing email and communication tools effectively.
  • Performing basic troubleshooting for common technical issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
