Qualifications

• Experience with access control systems and badge management.
• Experience operating alarm panel systems and alarm protocols.
• Proficient with computers or tablets for data entry and daily tasks.
• Customer service background with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel via site-specific access-control procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify IDs and credentials, maintain visitor logs, and issue/retrieve badges per site requirements.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and security concerns in a calm, solution-focused manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior/exterior areas and perimeter access points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document daily activities and incidents through required reports and logs.
