Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials and logging visitors.
• Screen vehicles, deliveries, and vendors per site procedures and report irregularities.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following escalation processes.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
