Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by applicable laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws; driver’s license for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following site security procedures.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials and logging visitors/drivers.
• Screen vehicles, deliveries, and personnel; report discrepancies or suspicious activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify site contacts or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, loading areas, and perimeters.
