Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• posses a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by implementing site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and maintain visitor, contractor, and delivery records as required by site procedures.
• Respond to access-control concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, access points, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
