Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors and delivery personnel per site access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, issue badges, and maintain access records.
• Respond to alarms and incidents calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, parking, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate incidents and shift handoffs professionally with site personnel and leadership.
