You will manage access control, verify credentials, document incidents, and respond to alarms while delivering professional customer service and using technology to log security activity.

Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.
Guard card or license preferred.
Comfort with using a computer or tablet.
Access-control or badge experience preferred.
Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Criminal history considered in compliance with laws.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel through site-specific access-control procedures.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain logs.
Respond to access-control alarms and incidents in a calm, escalating as needed.
Conduct regular random patrols of entry points, parking, docks, and perimeter.
Document incidents and observations and complete required reports.
