Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Badging Officer to manage badge office operations at our San Francisco site. You will handle incoming inquiries, update employee, contractor and vendor badge access, and ensure badge supplies and equipment are in good working order.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate cardholder profiles, creating/deleting access levels, and troubleshooting access control hardware and databases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse public.
• Excellent attendance and clean discipline record.
• Strong leadership and judgment under pressure.
• Experience with card access and security systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee badge office operations.
• Answer phone calls and emails to badge office professionally.
• Update badge access for employees, contractors, and vendors in accordance with policy.
• Ensure badge supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
• Maintain accurate cardholder profiles and manage access levels and groups.
• Troubleshoot access control equipment, databases, and related policies.
