With our newly established headquarters in St. Louis, we are unifying access to spaces, services, and experiences that redefine the way we live, work, and connect.

Latch is part of DOOR, with the mission to enhance the residential living experience through its DOOR app, which integrates products, services, technology, and community to reduce costs for building owners and deliver the living experience residents expect today. The DOOR app is built on the foundation of Latch's access control systems and features the Doorman, an AI assistant that provides timely and relevant information to residents and property managers, supporting all needs of residential living in one easy-to-use app.

  2. Device Returns and Refurbishment (RMA): Inspect, assess, repair, and record activities of returned devices for refurbishment or dismantling for spare parts.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of electronics, troubleshooting, firmware updates, device provisioning, and inventory management.
  • Attention to Detail: Precise in following processes and documenting activities.
  • Team-Oriented: Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree or certification in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field from a vocational or technical school.
  • Experience in electronics testing, repairs, or technical support roles.
Joining us means:
  • Working with teammates worldwide across the US, Argentina, Spain, and Romania.
