Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Access Control Driver in Monmouth, IL to safeguard clients and manage entry points at a food and beverage location. This driving role requires a valid driver’s license and strong customer service with security awareness.

You will verify credentials, monitor access, respond to incidents, and maintain accurate records while following site procedures. This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $18.45 per hour and a schedule that includes DayTime

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while enforcing security procedures.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying IDs and credentials.
• Maintain visitor, contractor, and vehicle records; issue/recover access credentials.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking areas and access points.
