Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facilities services company, seeks a Security Officer for Credential Lifecycle Management in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will protect clients across various industries, control access at a fast-paced distribution site, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and perform patrols while delivering excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a proactive approach to security.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check and drug screen required.
Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while following site procedures and emergency response activities.
Control access by verifying identification, credentials, visitor authorizations, and delivery or pickup documentation.
Monitor entry/exit points, gates, and access-control systems; maintain visitor, vehicle, and incident records.
Respond calmly to access-related incidents and escalate as needed.
Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
