Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer - Badge Issuing in Goodyear, AZ. You will manage entry points, verify badges, monitor access, and deliver welcoming service to employees and visitors at a busy logistics site.

The role requires you to document security information using devices, communicate clearly, and maintain an orderly environment on site. Full-time position with rotating night shifts and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, contractors, and employees while performing site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and records in accordance with site policies.
• Screen vehicles and personnel; control access to shipping yards, docks, and restricted areas; report discrepancies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, solution-focused manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, business areas, parking, and perimeter locations.
