Job summary

EY is seeking a 1badge Security Administrator Associate to support physical access control and badge management across EY offices. You will administer access permissions, issue badges, and assist onboarding and transfers while collaborating with Workplace Experience, Facilities, and Physical Security teams.

You will help maintain access governance, compliance, and service levels, providing responsive support to internal stakeholders and ensuring a secure employee experience across a high-volume

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in security operations, access control administration, facilities operations, workplace services, or related operational functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies, trends, and operational risks.

Responsibilities

• Administer the firm's 1Badge access control platform and associated security systems.
• Produce, issue, replace, and deactivate employee, contractor, and visitor access badges.
• Process access requests, permission changes, transfers, terminations, and office moves in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Support biometric access solutions and secure-space access administration where applicable.
• Maintain accurate badge and access records to ensure compliance with security standards.
