Job summary

EY is seeking a 1badge Security Administrator - Associate in New York to manage physical access controls, badge issuance, onboarding, and governance across multiple office locations. You will partner with Workplace Experience, Facilities Asset Management, and Physical Security to ensure a secure, efficient employee experience.

The role emphasizes access governance, compliance, and handling high-volume badge operations while delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in security operations, access control administration, facilities operations, workplace services, or related functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer the 1Badge access control platform and badge management processes.
• Produce, issue, replace, and deactivate employee, contractor, and visitor badges.
• Process access requests, changes, transfers, terminations, and office moves per policies.
• Support biometric access and secure-space access administration where applicable.
• Maintain accurate badge/access records for security compliance.
