Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an Access Care Manager (ACM) within Pfizer Specialty Care to lead patient access and reimbursement efforts across designated territories in the United States. You will report to the Regional Director, Patient Access & Reimbursement and drive account-level strategies, payer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years pharma experience in customer-facing roles
• 1+ years in Access and Reimbursement support role
• 3–5 years of Specialty Pharma experience with reimbursement and access knowledge
• Strong communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills
• Experience in a regulated environment with compliance guidelines

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary access lead for patient journey and progression
• Engage payers and providers to resolve access barriers and clarify coverage
• Educate on reimbursement processes, coverage pathways, and hub services
• Collaborate with Sales, Key Account Managers, Marketing and Patient Solutions teams
