Zusammenfassung

Acura of Brookfield is hiring for an Accelerated Service associate to greet arriving drivers and drive the express lane for routine maintenance. You’ll write up express services, explain what’s needed, provide upfront pricing and wait times, and keep the line moving with a personal touch.

You’ll coordinate with express technicians, review completed work at pickup, and hand off larger repair needs to the main service department when appropriate. Training is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay upbeat, organized, and accurate in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Basic automotive knowledge or willingness to learn quickly.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in dealership, quick lube, or retail service is a plus; training provided.

Accelerated Service is our express lane for routine maintenance, so you’ll be the face of a quick, efficient, no-appointment-hassle experience.
