Aspire Early Learning Academy is seeking an experienced Academy Director to lead our team of early childhood professionals. The Director will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state licensing, support staff development, and build strong relationships with families and the community.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for working with children, families, and educators. The position is salaried and located in South Carolina.

Formación

• Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Must meet SC DSS requirements for Director/Administrator.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in licensed child care center with supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and curriculum implementation.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
