Sweetwater, the nation's number one online retailer of music instruments and pro audio gear, is seeking to add a Part-Time Coordinator to our Academy of Music & Technology. You will be primarily responsible for all communication with our current and future customers via phone, email, and in person. They will be responsible for payment collection, lesson scheduling, and acquiring new students. With performance events and camps throughout the year, the Academy Coordinators assist the Director in planning and executing these events. The Academy Coordinator is also responsible for communicating with instructors regarding their students and schedule

Job Responsibilities
  • Communicate with all current and future students regarding scheduling, billing, events, and Academy policies via phone, email, and in-person
  • Process payments and payment collection
  • Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution
  • Interact with instructing and coordinating instructor schedules
