Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Two years of professional experience in a comparable position.
• Credentials must be obtained prior to the start date.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support college-level programs housed at the UNLV CAEO.
• Provide academic advising, counseling, coaching, and career exploration.
• Assist with financial aid and develop programming to support participants’ college education.
• Supervise and train part-time hourly staff; support retention initiatives and grant-related activities.
• Manage program data, conduct assessments, ensure accountability, and stay current on grant trends.
