• Prepares lessons and course materials aligned with curriculum using appropriate methods.
• Delivers instruction to students with varied teaching techniques to support different learning styles.
• Maintains an inclusive, professional classroom environment that promotes student engagement.
• Provides academic advising, tutoring, and office hours for student success.
• Assesses student learning outcomes and contributes to program improvement.
• Collaborates with colleagues for program growth and mentors new faculty.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation standards and documents records accordingly.
• Maintains classroom and lab equipment and coordinates repairs as needed.
