Responsibilities

Provides academic advising, enrichment sessions, and tutoring coordination based on individual student needs.
Manages a caseload of students and coordinates program activities such as Saturday Academies and Summer Components.
Maintains student records, tracks grades, and ensures accurate documentation.
Travel to target schools to meet with participants regarding academic progress, college readiness, and career preparation.
Assists in planning and coordinating recruitment events and program activities.
Provides guidance on college admissions and financial aid processes.
