Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in an applicable field.
• Two years of related experience in student support, advising, or educational programs.
• Preferred: bachelor’s degree in education or psychology; TRIO program experience; case management and college admissions guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provides academic, college, career and financial aid advising to participants.
• Manages a caseload and coordinates program activities including Saturdays and summers.
• Recruits participants, reviews applications, and ensures documentation is complete.
• Maintains records and reports in Blumen system to support grant goals.
• Collaborates with campus partners to plan field trips, college visits and career exploration.
