Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both face-to-face and in a virtual environment, making email, chat, or phone interactions with students.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Preference for Veterans or military-affiliated candidates.
• Preference for CRM experience.
• Preference for advising or career counseling experience.
• Preference for international experience or knowledge of international student processes.
• Preference for multilingual candidates.
• Must work well with diverse student and faculty populations.

Responsibilities

• Help students choose degrees, modalities, and courses based on interests and strengths.
• Assist students in completing classes, navigating degree plans, and re-enrolling.
• Ensure students have accurate information and access to financial aid and support services.
• Conduct orientation and planning interviews in-person/online/phone.
• Perform regular check-ins for progress to degree.
• Use CRM to track status, alert resources, and record interactions.
• Coordinate with departments to provide Academic Support, Career Development, and International Student Services.
• Create optimal schedules for first-year students to support retention and success.
