The University of Oklahoma's Academic Personnel Records team seeks an organized, collaborative staff member to provide centralized customer service and to process academic personnel transactions in line with university policy.
Reporting to the Director of Academic Personnel Records, you will interact with departments under Academic Affairs, manage related data, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
Pay Range: Targeted pay up to $24.18 hourly, based on experience

The Office of the Senior Vice President and Provost seek an organized, collaborative staff member to join the Academic Personnel Records team. This position will interact frequently with departments under Academic Affairs, providing centralized customer service in the processing of their academic personnel transactions and management of the related relevant data within University policy. This position will report to the Director of the Academic Personnel Records. All employees of the Provost Office are required to be accessible and cooperative and to adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, customer service and ethics.
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 60 months related experience.
