Job summary

The University of Oklahoma seeks a Project Coordinator to support Winter Session operations, monitor enrollment trends, and advance data-informed decision making for academic programs. You will coordinate scheduling, enrollment tracking, faculty appointments, textbook adoption, and stipend coordination while maintaining communications, websites, reports, and tracking tools for faculty, advisors, and staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 24 months of project management or related experience.
  • Equivalency: 48 months of related experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months.
  • Experience in higher education preferred.
  • Knowledge of standard office software (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning and administration of Winter Session, including scheduling, appointments, enrollment tracking, and policy compliance.
  • Maintain Winter Session communications, websites, reports, and tracking tools for faculty, advisors, and staff.
  • Monitor enrollment patterns and provide reports to support course strategy and student access.
  • Assist with operational activities related to academic initiatives, including bookstore coordination and scholarship transfers.
  • Create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets and datasets to support planning and decision making.
  • Collaborate with departments and campus partners to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
