Job summary

Immaculata University in Malvern, PA seeks a dedicated Faculty Support Coordinator in the Graduate Department of Psychology and Counseling. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Chair and collaborates across undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs to support program operations.

You will handle scheduling, forms, data collection, respond to student emails, maintain program webpages, greet visitors, and assist faculty and graduate assistants.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Support Undergraduate, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Doctor of Psychology, and Ph.D. program needs (e.g., scheduling meetings, creating and maintaining forms, collecting and collating data).
• Support the Department Chair and faculty as needed.
• Reply to student emails.
• Review and request updates for the programs' web pages.
• Serve as first point of contact to visitors and direct them to appropriate areas.
• Answer phone and other inquiries, supporting the Graduate Assistants.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
