Job summary

Harvard Divinity School is seeking an Academic Program Coordinator to support the Master of Theological Studies (MTS), MRPL, and CRPL internship programs. You will handle day‑to‑day program administration, advising, and coordination with faculty leadership to ensure a high‑quality educational experience.

Work across Harvard Divinity School and the Office for Academic Affairs to advance strategic goals, manage events, communications, and assessments, and supervise staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, academic administration, program management, student services, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day administration of the MRPL and CRPL internship programs.
• Develop and maintain the annual academic calendar including admissions, orientation, registration, advising, capstone activities, graduation and events.
• Prepare reports and program materials for faculty leadership and the HDS administration.
• Ensure compliance with university academic policies and procedures and serve as primary contact for MRPL/CRPL students.
• Coordinate MRPL orientations, networking events, and commencement programming; maintain program websites and communications.
