University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking an Academic Coordinator in the SOP-Practice Advancement unit. This role will develop, deliver, and assess statewide clinical training programs and corresponding assessment infrastructure across multiple partner institutions.

The incumbent will work with system leaders, physicians, clinicians, and business owners to ensure programs run smoothly with minimal disruption to operations and educational experiences, while aligning with the School's

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years' experience, or will accept related education/experience in substitution.
• Experience in educational program administration or leadership roles.
• Post-Baccalaureate degree required; substitution accepted with comparable background.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and assess statewide clinical training programs and programmatic assessments across partner institutions.
• Coordinate implementation of educational programs and assessment procedures to standardize operations.
• Engage external partner agencies and system leaders to support program growth and impact.
