Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina; certification in specialty preferred.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience with at least two years in leadership; academic medical center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing practice and professional development initiatives within UNC Hospitals.
• Manages personnel, budget, communications, and quality improvement aligned with organizational goals.
• Leads change efforts to improve patient safety and care quality using LEAN principles.
