Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education from a four-year college or university.
• Experience in education administration and staff supervision.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Directs staff engaged in providing academic training for students.
• Ensures curriculum meets DOL, PRH, Center and Serrato standards.
• Observes instructors and conducts monthly evaluations of classes.
• Prepares and controls department budget with the Career Development Director.
• Coordinates with Career Technical Manager to provide applied academics.
