Reporting to the Assistant Director of Academic Programs Administration, this role provides administrative support to students, faculty, and staff while coordinating academic, student engagement, and departmental activities. Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors; maintain undergraduate student records, advisor files, and academic data; coordinate student and faculty events, including awards ceremonies, seminars, orientations, outreach programs, and campus-wide activities; support academic administration, including degree audits, departmental awards, chemistry minor applications, transfer credit requests, and course prerequisite monitoring; coordinate visiting student appointments and related documentation, including visa processes as needed; manage student employee hiring, payroll, and terminations; serve as a liaison to undergraduate student organizations and support wellness, community service, outreach, and career development initiatives; process reimbursements, maintain financial records, order supplies, coordinate facilities and audiovisual needs, update departmental materials and website content, and assist with special projects.
