The role requires coordinating faculty, staff and students, managing site assignments, and ensuring compliant evaluation processes. The position involves preparing reports, handling communications, and developing program materials while ensuring timely completion of HR and compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years administration of a program, preferably in higher education or healthcare setting.
• Accurate typing and data entry skills.
• Excellent organization and communication (oral and written) skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite and software used by the department.

Responsibilities

• Specializes in managing the administrative activities of an academic program, coordinating interrelated activities with other programs, departments, or staff.
• Maintains clinical or internship site assignments and arranges supervision by faculty or preceptor.
• Schedules and oversees program activities in accordance with specifications (e.g., ACGME) and funding limits.
• Provides policy interpretation, technical advice and problem solving for students/participants.
• Enhances student experience by arranging seminars, study sessions, or workshops and prepares program communications.
