Responsibilities

• T teaches courses across various schedules and locations, demonstrating comprehensive subject knowledge.
• Assesses student performance and maintains accurate records.
• Prepares lectures, tests, and assignments.
• Uses feedback and data to improve course quality.
• Develops innovative teaching methods and materials.
• Evaluates course components for effectiveness.
• Stays current with educational resources, including textbooks and software, to enhance instruction.
• Counsels students with academic, career, and personal needs and advises students for registration.
• Examines program/course content to achieve program and College goal.
• Performs college administrative duties, attends College meetings, and assists with recruiting efforts.
• Performs other duties which advance the mission of the College.
• Formulates and develops a professional development plan consistent with the College and program's goals.
