Job summary

University of Wisconsin-Whitewater is seeking a Program Specialist for the College of Integrated Studies at the Rock County Campus. The role focuses on coordinating BAAS and Partners in Engineering Programs, advising BAAS students, and supporting K-9 Teaching Emphasis licensure processes.

The incumbent reports to the Director of the Solution Center and collaborates with education partners across the university.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with three years of professional higher education experience or a completed Master’s degree.
• Experience in training, presenting, or teaching diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BAAS and Partners in Engineering Programs and K-9 Teaching Emphasis licensure components.
• Advise BAAS students on program planning, course selection, and registration.
• Collaborate with academic partners and College of Education staff on program needs and documentation.
• Develop recruitment plans and ensure compliance with FERPA and institutional policies.
• Participate in campus events and serve on committees as needed.
