The Department of Ecosystem Science and Management in the College of Agricultural Sciences is seeking an Academic Program Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and program support for the department's undergraduate programs. This position works closely with students, faculty, staff, prospective students, alumni, and University partners and serves as an important resource for undergraduate academic programs and departmental activities.
This position will require full-time on-site work during the initial six-month training period. Following successful completion of the training period, the position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, consistent with university policy and departmental needs.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, and University partners. Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential student information appropriately are essential for this position.
