The Office for Undergraduate Education in the College of Agricultural Sciences seeks to fill the full-time position of Student Services Assistant. This position will support the Office of Undergraduate Education’s student success mission and work to advance the overall student experience.
It is preferred that applicants be proficient with Microsoft Office and have experience with eSteward (Penn State’s database related to alumni gifts and endowments) , Plone, and FileMaker.
MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
If filled as Student Services Assistant - Intermediate Support, this position requires:General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School (HS)2+ years of relevant experienceRequired Certifications:NoneIf filled as Student Services Assistant - Senior Support, this position requires:Associate Degree4+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience acceptedRequired Certifications:None

This position will work mostly on-site at Penn State’s University Park campus, but requests to work one day a week remotely can be discussed with the hiring manager during the interview process.

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $40,608.00 - $64,668.00.
