Job summary

Thisiskny (Thisiscny) is seeking a fellowship-trained Plastic Surgeon to support the development of an autologous breast reconstruction program and to provide coverage across Upstate Hospital sites and affiliated locations. The role includes teaching medical students, residents and CME activities within the Department of Surgery.

MD/DO with NYS license or eligibility and Plastic Surgery fellowship is required. Work typically Monday–Friday with on-call shifts as needed in the urban Syracuse area.

Qualifications

• MD/DO, NYS License or Eligible; Fellowship trained in Plastic Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide Plastic Surgery coverage for Upstate Hospital (Downtown Campus), Community Campus, Crouse Hospital and outpatient care for patients at University Surgical Associates LLP locations.
• Participate in medical student, resident and continuing medical education activities including didactic lectures, departmental conferences, CME programs, teaching rounds and other routine educational activities within the Department of Surgery.
