Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopaedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery to join our growing, high-volume trauma program at Jefferson Health Northeast. This full-time position is based at a Level II Trauma Center with strong operative volume, dedicated OR access, resident support, and a collaborative academic environment.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery.
• 2–3 years of experience preferred.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across orthopaedics, trauma, anesthesia, and critical care.
• Perform trauma surgeries with high operative volume.
• Contribute to teaching and mentorship of residents and medical students.
• Engage in research and academic activities through the affiliated medical college.
