Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery to join our growing, high-volume academic trauma program at our Level II Trauma Center. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a dynamic, collegial environment with the support of a fully accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• 2–3 years of experience preferred.
• Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated trauma and block OR time Monday-Friday.
• Postoperative clinic and resident support provided.
• Approximately 320 operative cases per year.
• Excellent infrastructure and collaboration across trauma, orthopedics, anesthesia, and critical care teams.
