Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental fiscal and business administration.
• Coordinate budgets, start-up accounts, and funding sources.
• Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate employment actions from recruitment to onboarding.
• Manage graduate assistant appointments and payroll actions.
• Support academic program administration and curriculum processes.
• Lead department operations and liaise with central offices.
• Supervise Administrative Assistant 1, Student Assistants, and Federal Work Study.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency.
