Job summary

UC Davis Health Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is recruiting three full-time Academic Generalist Obstetrician/Gynecologists at the Assistant or Associate Health Sciences Clinical Professor level. Salary will be based on experience and qualifications, with a range of $300,000 to $372,000 per year with 1–4 calls per month.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completion of an accredited Obstetrics & Gynecology residency (or currently in the final year).
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Eligible for California medical licensure.
• Experience in general obstetrics and gynecology.
• Ability to work cooperatively and collegially in a diverse academic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical care in general obstetrics and gynecology as part of the University Women’s Health group.
• Outpatient clinics and daytime hospitalist coverage for obstetric and gynecologic services.
• Obstetrical in-house night call and back-up home call per Compensation Plan.
• At-home gynecology call in rotation with subspecialties.
• Supervision and teaching of medical students and residents.
• Participation in curriculum development, scholarly projects, and university service.
