Job summary

UC Davis Health's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is recruiting three full-time Academic Generalist Obstetrician/Gynecologists. Appointments will be at the Assistant or Associate Health Sciences Clinical Professor level, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Completion of an accredited Obstetrics & Gynecology residency (or currently in the final year).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Eligible for California medical licensure.
• Experience in general obstetrics and gynecology.
• Ability to work cooperatively and collegially in a diverse academic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical care in general obstetrics and gynecology as part of the University Women's Health group.
• Involve in outpatient clinics and daytime hospitalist coverage.
• Participate in obstetric and gynecologic call schedules as defined by the compensation plan.
• Supervise and teach medical students and residents in clinic and inpatient settings.
• Engage in scholarly projects, quality improvement, and academic service.
