Job summary

University of California, Davis Health System is recruiting three full-time Academic Generalist Obstetrician/Gynecologists. Appointments will be at the Assistant or Associate Health Sciences Clinical Professor level, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree is required and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Completion of an accredited Obstetrics & Gynecology residency (or currently in the final year).
• Eligible for California medical licensure and experience in general obstetrics and gynecology.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical care in general obstetrics and gynecology.
• Outpatient clinics and daytime hospitalist coverage for obstetric and gynecologic services.
• Obstetrical in-house night call and back-up home call; at-home gynecology call in rotation.
• Supervise and teach medical students and residents in clinic, L&D, OR, and inpatient wards.
• Engage in curriculum development, scholarly projects, and university service.
