Albany Medical Center seeks a full-time academic fellowship trained microsurgeon to join the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. The division offers an integrated residency and opportunities for research and teaching within Albany Medical College.

Qualified applicants should have an MD or DO, completed Plastic Surgery residency, board eligibility/certification, and NY license. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and board eligible/certified in Plastic Surgery.
• Completion of an approved Plastic Surgery residency program.
• Licensed or able to obtain NY medical license.
• DEA certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Breast microsurgery and microvascular reconstruction.
• Head and Neck microvascular and general reconstruction.
• Lower extremity microvascular and general reconstruction.
• General reconstructive procedures.
• Provider will be on hand-on call.
