Albany Medical Center seeks a full-time academic fellowship trained microsurgeon to join our Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Albany Medical College offers leadership opportunities through its plastic surgery residency program, its medical school, and research opportunities.

Qualified applicants must have an MD or DO, complete an approved Plastic Surgery residency, be board eligible/certified in plastic surgery, and hold or be able to obtain NY medical licensure.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Completion of Plastic Surgery Residency program.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Plastic Surgery.
• NY licensure or ability to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Breast microsurgery.
• Head and Neck microvascular and general reconstruction.
• Lower extremity microvascular and general reconstruction.
• General reconstruction.
• On-call responsibilities for hand surgery.
