Job summary

The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a Staff Project Manager I to oversee planning, design, and execution of assigned small clerkship projects. You will coordinate with faculty, residents, and students to define scope and deliverables, and assist in timeline development to keep milestones on track.

You will manage budgeting, onboarding for rotation sites, access, and related administrative tasks, while collaborating with clerkship leaders and cross-covering as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• No experience required.
• Hybrid work arrangement: on-campus and remote.
• Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm.
• Preferred: degree or training in education or higher education; healthcare education background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design, and execution of small projects with stakeholders.
• Assist with timeline development and budgetary/admin tasks.
• Coordinate clerkship activities and NBME proctoring as needed.
• Serve as liaison between students, faculty and residents.
• Coordinate space/logistics for clerkship activities.
• Proctor NBME and attend clerkship meetings for quality improvement.
