The position is on-campus, exempt, with standard 37.5-hour weeks, and requires travel between campuses. 55,392 USD annual salary; 12-month term; strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in library science from an ALA-accredited program is required.
• Program must be ALA-accredited; verify through the ALA directory.
• Three to five years of experience in an academic library or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead library information literacy instruction at all locations and online.
• Provide strategic planning and leadership for the library unit.
• Oversee budgets, funds, and Perkins grant funds for libraries.
• Supervise librarian faculty and staff and provide training.
• Manage library webpages and cataloging for campuses.
• Oversee interlibrary loan and collection development.
• Manage student/employee ID systems and participate in professional development.
• Engage in committee work and service.
