Qualifications:

1. Minimum Certification: Associates Degree
2. Strong ELA background.
3. Need to possess good communication skills and ability to work under the supervision of a certified teacher.
4. Successful experience in a school setting preferred.
5. Training in small group instruction.
6. Must be an outgoing person that works well with students and adults.
7. Strong organizational skills.
8. Resourceful and flexible.
