Job summary

National Heritage Academies (NHA) is seeking an Academic Intervention Coach to design and implement systematic intervention, develop staff, and manage grant-funded programs within the school structure. The role aims to grow teacher skill and collaboration, improving student learning growth and school health through data-driven instruction and coaching.

Occasional travel may be required as part of partnerships and program delivery, with a focus on ensuring high-quality learning for every student

Qualifications

• BA or higher in Education or related field required; administrator license may be required.
• 3–5 years teaching experience with preferred leadership roles (Instructional Coach, assistant principal, etc.).
• Experience coordinating Title 1/RTI programs; work with at-risk students a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the school’s systematic intervention program around the 6 Key Practices of Systematic.
• Lead the intervention team and provide ongoing professional development and differentiated support.
• Collaborate with intervention services consultants and the principal on funding decisions and compliance tasks.
• Analyze progress data to drive instruction and measure effectiveness.
• Travel occasionally as part of program delivery and stakeholder meetings.
