Job summary

National Heritage Academies (NHA) is seeking an Academic Intervention Coach to design and implement systematic intervention programs within the school framework, grow teacher capacity, and lead collaborative efforts to improve student learning.

The role emphasizes analysis of progress data, coaching staff, managing grant-funded initiatives, and ensuring compliance while promoting a safe, engaging culture that supports student achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required.
• School Administrator Licensure required or as per state where applying.
• Experience with at-risk students and RTI/Title I programs preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a systematic intervention program aligned with the 6 Key Practices of Systematic Intervention.
• Lead an intervention team of teachers and staff and provide differentiated professional development.
• Analyze progress data to drive instruction and growth in student outcomes.
• Coordinate with consultants and principals on funding decisions and compliance tasks.
• Lead PLC meetings and promote a positive school culture focused on student learning.
